Is There Any Exercise To Fix The Pain In The Organ After Lifting Heavy Weights?

I was carrying a car-seat with a baby inside and I felt that it was too heavy for me. Right after the bottom of my right abs hurt and it felt like the organ inside is hurting. I was worried that i got an organ colapse since my mother had that and she always warned me not to lift heavy objects. Already a two weeks passed and my organ in the same spot hurts. Is there any exercise i have to do to fix it?

Hello welcome to Healthcare Magic
There is no direct link with organ damage in the abdomen with such weights.
commonest things happen in the case of weights are hernias ( diphramatic/inginal/umblical).
Mean while if you have any mild pain - a pain killer gel would be enough.
If its not under control visit your GP and get a Ultrasound scan done for confirmation.
Need to ask ? Do not hesitate. Thank you. Dr. Ganesh.
