hello, I am in my 15th week of pregnancy and my scan report says that Placenta is at anterior wall with lower margin ending at the level of Os., Grade 0 maturity. I would like to know what will be the complications during such condition and Precautions to be taken

According to the reports you have low lying placenta.
In majority of the cases,it migrate away from the internal os with advancement of pregnancy.There is nothing to worry.
You should have follow up scan to detect the progress.
You should avoid strenuous activity and take adequate rest.
Rest of the findings are normal.
