Hello and welcome to HCM,
Cysts are common in kidneys.
Cysts are incidental finding on ultrasound.
The important concern is that the cysts are not affecting the renal functions or not.
You need to get renal function tests to know the status of renal functions.
If normal or within range there is no need for surgical intervention.
However, if there is compromise of renal functions, surgical excision is required.
Majority of cysts are benign however, a good number turn out to be malignant.
So, consult your nephrologist for further work up

Thanks and take care
