General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Oratane contains Isotretinoin which is derivative from Vitamin A. This drug is contraindicated in pregnancy. Women who are taking the drug are usually advised to get pregnant 6 months after stopping the drug. Since you are pregnant,I would suggest you to take an anomaly scan in order to rule any fetal defects.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
