Is There A Way To Treat Flying Anxiety?

Hi thank you i have not taken airplane now for over 20 years now. i have suffered through accident which left me completely out of balance when it happened and still after over 40 years since that unfortunate accident i have lost hearing in my right ear . what is left is constant ringing high pitch sounds inside my head 24 hours day in and day out. i have been living with this since i remember waking up from my sleep in hospital all those years ago . there was a time i could manage air flight since the accident to my detriment . The cabine pressure and engine noise was unbearable for me to handle. The problem was especially more intense at take off and landing. is there help out there?

Hello
I think you can try air tight ear plugs during take off and landing. The plugs are easily available. You just have to press them and put it in ear canal. They themselves will swell up according to the shape of the canal
The sound in ear may not get relieved as it seems to be sensorineural deafness. You can try hearing aid in right ear that may suppress tinnitus .
