Hello Sir, I am Trushna From Maharashtra India. I am 28 years old and four months pregnant. My doctor prescribed me Calzem capsule in a day. Is there a particular reason to take this Cap during early stages of pregnancy? I am pregnant with my first child. Sir. can u please tell me why I take this capsule?

hi,calzem is a combination of calcium and vit d.calcium is essential to meet the increased calcium demand in pregnancy which cant be met by dietary sources alone.and vit d is vital for ca to get properly absorbed.so it is vital for you to take 1 calzem capsule a day.its absolutely safe without any side effects to the baby.all the best take care.
