Hello and thanks for the query,

I understand the problem and it happens commonly with coitus interruptus. Unfortunately there is nothing like a weak ejaculate. The sperms are stored in the male genital tract in large numbers and small number of good sperms are sufficient to cause pregnancy. So it is best if she uses another method like an emergency contraceptive pill [plan B] within 72 hours of sex, preferably within 12 hours] to avoid any unwanted pregnancy.

I hope that this was helpful.
Thanks for the query and feel free to ask any more.
I would be glad to help.
