Is The Pulse Rate Of 135 After Nebulizing, A Cause For Concern?

I am 18 years old and 30 weeks pregnant today. I woke up with a really bad cough & difficulty breathing. I was born with asthma, but i had out grown it with time. I had a history of bronchitis last year in April but it went away. Due to the difficulty breathing, i did a little nebulizer treatment on my self. The difficulty of breathing and chest pains went away, but I am really shaky and my heart rate is 135 even though i am resting, should i be concerned?

Hi thank you for asking the question. The increased heart rate is concerned. Drugs used as broncho dilators such as terbutalin causes tachycardia that is increased as your heart rate is 135 per minute. The drug also relaxes the pregnant uterus. So treatment for asthma in pregnancy and in asthma medication has to be taken carefully. Better to go to your treating doctor and get advise.
