hi ..i m nahid from bangladesh. my wife has o negatibe and myself B positive. my wife is now carryinf baby for 4 months. she is feeling very bad now a days. will there have any problems when delivery time of baby or will my wife face any problem in delivery or any time in future. plz suggest me...

I understand your concerns.
In your case there are chances of Rh incompatibility although very less in first child. The chances increase with every next pregnancy.
Therefore to to prevent this Rh incompatibility, anti D injections are advised after delivery. Indirect coombs test is done at 20 weeks of pregnancy to check the antibody titre in mother.
Please discuss these issues with the gynecologist.
