Is the combination of a long time 88 MCG daily dose of Levothyroxine with a new 2.5MG twice a day dose of Methadone okay for an 85 year old lady, who has been bedridden for 3 years, with the hope that it will be strong enough to help with strong arthritic knee and hip pain, which is not constant and not typically all day long, but strong enough to sometimes result in a 10 out of 10 level of pain during initial movement in the morning, lowering to a 5 or 6 quickly thereafter and becoming 3 or less for quite a bit of the day.
