Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am not getting my periods since 2 months yesterday I had little discharge of blood I thought it was period but then it was not what should I do to get my period plz help. Before 2 weeks I had sex , but he did not release sperm into my vagina , can I be pregnant ?
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. In my opinion, you are mostly having hormonal imbalance as a cause for your amenorrhea (absence of menses). But since you are having unprotected intercourse, we must rule out pregnancy first. So get done urinary pregnancy test and ultrasound examination of abdomen to rule out pregnancy. If both these are normal then no need to worry for pregnancy. Hormonal imbalance is likely cause for your amenorrhea. So consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination and hormone levels. You may need hormone pills to regulate your menses. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
