Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that your son has tear in inside of nostrils. He required clinical examination . It is likely to be healed by itself but he may consult ENT surgeon for better management. Analgesic such as ibuprofen will be of benefit in pain relief. Vitamin B and C help in recovery. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
