Is Taking Narcotic Medication Recommended To Treat Fibromyalgia?

I am a 48 yr.old female,excellent health generally,have been diognosed in 1999 with fibromyalgia,wich pain control narcotic medication would you recomend ?would appriciate a non aceto form as aceto-does cause unnessecarry side effects with no apperent remarkible benefit to my fibromyalgic pain on a continuios basis.THank you,SHANNON H,

Hello dear my opinion regarding your red spot found at your lower legs are likely what we call petechie haemorrhages(little blood found under your skin) so I suggest you keep an appointment with your physician for proper follow up
