Is Taking Ceftum Safe During First Trimester Of Pregnancy?

I'm in my 12th week of pregnancy and when urine routine test is done, protein traces are found. Did the culture and it is negative. So, my doctor has prescribed Ceftum 250mg for 1 week and asked me to get the urine routine done again. Is it safe to take Ceftum during 1st trimester?

Ceftum is category B drug you can take safely in pregnancy. and repeat urine examination after one week. I Also advice to drink plenty of fluids.
