General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank You for trusting HealthcareMagic

Viagra is not recommended in people with cardiac problems.Viagra can lower blood pressure and can worsen cardiac conditions.
Moreover since you are on medications to lower blood pressure ,taking viagra along with them can lower your blood pressure to dangerously low levels. So dose adjusement of antihypertensive mediactions are required before starting on viagra.
I recommend that you follow up with your doctor for reconsideration of doses of medications you are on, and to see if Viagra is the right choice for you.

Hope I was able to answer your question
Please feel free to address any more concerns
Regards,
Dr.Lekshmi
