Since you had previous history of threatened abortion during pregnancy and it was not viable because of absence of heartbeat, this time doctor has given you medications to be cautious about it and to prevent such a thing from happening again. These medications would help your pregnancy from progressing as well as preventing miscarriage. These medications are a must at this stage and needs to be taken as advised. Since Susten medication is to be inserted in to vagina and absorption takes place through vaginal mucosa, some of them could experience of the watery discharge due to local mucosal reaction. See to it that tablet does not come out and you may insert it little deeply, so that such a thing would not happen. Kindly follow the instructions given by your doctor and follow-up as advised.
