Is Taking Stalopalm Safe For Excess Stress?

Hi, I am 27 Year male. I was in heavy stress and tension problem during my CAT Entrance exam 2012. Due to this I was deppressed for some times and consulted a doctor, Doctor prescribed me Stalopalm Plus, Doctor prescribed me Stalopalm Plus and i have taken it for 3 Tablet for 1 Week and then 10 Tablets for a month, by taking tablet I can easily sleep and stress and tension was no more in my life and my exam was good and i selected in IIM Lakhnwow.But whenever i was in deppressed or in stressed i used to half Stalopalm Plus during my MBA Pretension, I want to stopped it but can not able to sleep and can not speak francly in Class and Seminars , Now I since some days feeling irritated in whole day and stressed all times. is any hard side effect of Stalopam Plus???Since i am use it since 3 years but in managed and planned way not like drug addicted,but i am really wants to stop it .Please help me or suggest some alternative ???? stalopam plus is combination of esitalopram and clonazepam
esitalopram basically a mood regulator, clonazepam acts like anti anxiety drug..
even though u have managed not to take regularly ( like dependents) 3 yrs is a long time..
there r some side effects with the tablet from long term use..and may b with the sudden stoping of the intake of drug.
so don't try any drug on ur own consult a doctor ( psychologist) .get the right help
