Is Taking L-arginine Advisable While On Furosemide?

Hi. I was diagnosed with HIV and cardiomyopathy about 3 months ago. The ART is working great, but I am still on a number of meds. From my cardiologist I have been prescribed Digoxin, Coreg, Furosemide and a K-tab. From my infectious disease doctor I am taking Atripla and Bactrim. I have been suffering from erectile dysfunction and wanted to try out the natural ways of helping out first. However everywhere I am reading warns against using products such as L-arginine with the medications I am on, specifically the furosemide. Just wanted to see if there was any advice out there for this problem.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.
