DOCTOR ADVISED ME T GLYCOMET SIR (1000) AND STOP gLYNASE - MF (5/500) WHICH I AM TAKING IT SINCE LAST MONTH AS MY BLOOD SUGAR WAS FASTING 299BAND PP463 AND NOW MY BLOOD SUGAR FASTING IS 122 AND PP IS120 SGOT/SUPT 50/23 IS THE GLYNASE -MF IS NOT GOOD TO CARRYON OR TO CHANGE TOT GYLCOMET SIR (1000) -

I have understand your concern

last month your blood sugars ware very high that's why you needed combination drugs to control.

now your blood sugars are in normal range and only metformin is enough to control that sugars.

metformin is the best drug to control sugars in type2 diabetes .

as for as your results , glynase MF is not contraindicated.just to reduce the hypoglycemic episodes your doctor reduced the combination.
