Is Taking Fluconazole Safe While Having Kidney Problems?

I have had seborrhoeic dermantitis on both eyebrows for 21/2 years now. I recently went to a dermatolgoist and he told be to apply tacrolimus ointment on both eyebrows. He also told me to take fluconazole capsules. The problems is I have kidney problems and I do not know if the fluconazole will course any problems. Secondly, I am worried about applying tacrolimus ointment onto my eyebrows because there could be some burning sensation and that concerns me. I might end up loosing more of my eyebrows.
