I have an anal fissure for 2 yr and last month I d a surgery but after few days i had a head pain n vomiting then I visited neurology . After CT scan it was found that I have blood clot inside my head n was hospitalized for 3days . Since I was in the hospital I could not continue by medicine of surgery now I m having anal fissure due to constipation so any help?? Now I m taking duphalac and lox 2% jelly and the problem is that I have to take medicine of anal fissure and blood clot. Doctor have also advised me to do test of thyroid and its was found positive . Now since I have three problem so I need to take all medicine even though doctor told me I can take i m having a second thought
