Is Switchover From Dexolac To Dexolac-1 Or Lactogen Advisable For A 1.5-month-baby Girl?

Hi when my twins born, there weight were 1.9 kg both but right now after 1.5 months their weight is 3 kgs. We are giving dexolac special care to them. So now we want to change the feed powder as my daughter don t eat dexolac but my son loves it. As they are around 3 kgs, can we switch over to another like dexolac 1 or lactogen1??? Please suggest.

for anything breast feeding is most important. above it any feed you have to consult pediatrician. if he agrees for dexolac special feed there is no problem. in future if a change is required then he will suggest and it is to be followed.
