My son, now aged 2 year and 10 months old, had a sub dartos pouch orchiopexy when he was 14 months old. His right testicle was not descended when he was born. The testicle has been mobilized only to the upper part ( not exactly upper part, between upper and middle part)of the scrotum during the surgery because of the short length of the spermatic cord. The testis looks bigger in size than before but its not come down to the scrotum. My question is whether it will come down to the scrotum automatically in future or we have to do another surgery to bring it down
