Is Surgery Required For Opacification Of Right Maxillary Sinus?
My CT results say opacification of right maxillary sinus suggestive of mucosal hypertrophy with retained secretion with mild soft tissue denity in the ipsilateral middlemeatal region. Also DNS with nasal spur to the right. How serious is this and do i require surgery ? what would be the line of treatment .? i have terrible head aches and aches all over my body .
