Is Surgery Required For Compression Fracture In Medial Femoral Condyle?

I have been diagnosed with an undisplaced tear in the posterior horn and body of the meniscus and a small subchondral compression fracture in the medial femoral condyle with associated oedema. A small Baker s cyst present and there is chondromalacia patellae - would surgery be required thank you
