Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are suffering from overgrown tonsils, swollen nose and pressure in ears which seems to be due to chronic tonsillitis. Need not to worry about it. I would suggest you to do betadine gargles after every three hours to relieve pain in throat. Maintain hygiene of oral cavity by brushing, flossing and antibiotic mouthwash daily. Take antibiotic Azithromycin along with multivitamin and take paracetamol combination for relief of symptoms of fever. Keep chewing basil leaves and ginger in small quantity. Take diet rich in fruits and vegetables which will boost your immunity. Drink lukewarm water with small quantity of lime, honey and salt added in it and drink twice daily. If your symptoms keeps on persisting even after 1 week then visit ENT specialist once to get it checked properly and take proper prescription for your condition. 3 months or more persistence of tonsillitis with repeated infections , should be managed with tonsillectomy.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
