I feel like needles poking my heart specially after eating and sitting down. When I try to breath it hurts more. It doesn t stay for long time . And when I have this feeling my heart beats faster then normal. What can it be, should I be worried? Do I have to visit a doctor? I m 30 female work as cabin crew , I thought maybe my luck of sleep or my rhythm of life can be a cause.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can vary from simple gastritis to other issues. ECG and proper history will reveal this. Moreover, stress and a busy lifestyle can lead to health issues. A physician can be consulted to rule out major health problems. Join 'Art of Living' OMBW workshop. It has no side effects and deals with stress / lifestyle related health problems.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
