Is Spotting During Pregnancy Normal?

HI! My husband and I are trying to have a baby and I was starting to have some pregnancy symptoms. Late Saturday night I started cramping (which had happen for a few days prior too) Then my husband and I had sex then I saw pink and clear discharge on the toilet paper. Today I woke up and had light bleeding. My period is not due until Thursday the 23rd. Is it possible to be pregnant with that type of bleeding? Will an early pregnancy test tell me right now?

Hi.it seems to be normal menstrual bleeding with pre menstrual symptoms. But if I would be your doctor then would wait for 2weeks to confirm pregnancy.
