Is Sporadic Abdominal Pain Due To The Cooking Oils Used?

i have been experiencing stomach pain an hour to 2 hours after eating and subsequently inducing vomiting to relieve pain. The pain always occurs after eating dinner and is not on a regular basis. I sometimes buy Safeway bakery products and pre cooked meat loaf or roasted chicken. More times than not, i have recently experienced repetitive episodes. Could it be the cooking oils used in food prep ?

Hello,

Take Capsule Ocid empty stomach; tablet Lysospas twice a day after meal. Also, take Syrup Himcocid thrice a day.
