Is Splint Advisable For Bruised Finger?
My right middle finger tip it was smashed The bottom of the nail is brused and the other side of the finger is starting to turn purple the swelling has gone down not sure if I just need to ice it or splint it.I really don t think it s broke I can move it around pretty good just really sore

I dont think its broken. If it was then you would have intense pain and swelling.
No need to apply splint. You may apply ice and some. And wash with antiseptic solution. Allow to beal the wound.
It sweeling will subside within 3 to 4 days
