Is Sperm Count Of 22 Milliom/ml Normal?

Hi i am 29 years male . when i underwent underwent the Semen Analysis test, the report stated as the following results : otal No. Spermatoazoa/ml = 22.0 million / ml Total No. Spermatoazoa/Ejaculation = 44.0 million / Ejaculation Total Motility PR + NP % = 15% Rapid Progression = 2.2 % Slow Progression = 27.4 % Non Progression = 05 % Immotile = 85 % Vitality = 20 %

Hello

22 million/ml sperm count is normal.Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
But your report suggests decreased sperm motility.Motility should be at least 55%.

You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
You need routine hemogram,RBS,colour doppler of scrotum.
You should take nutritious diet and do exercise.
You should avoid tight garments.
If low motility persists then assisted fertilization techniques can be considered.
