Hi dear you are seems to having associated symptoms of menstrual cramps, Once you are delayed in periods then you should think of pregnancy after a week if you had unprotected sex. For current complains use Tab Hifenac TH and Tab becosule, Have healthy diet and early morning exercise.Avoid stress also that also can delay the periods.
