Would soaking in Epsom salt (feet) be a good thing to help with gout? A little back ground; my husband takes HBP medications. Felt it coming on approximately 2 weeks ago a couple days b/4 a hernia surgery. Was unable to take Motrin till after the surgery. Took 800 mg. 3x a day for approx. 1 week and then his Dr. Put him on prednisone. He is not a beer drinker; occasional wine. Been trying to eat the right foods too.
