Hi,

Caesarean section alone is not a contra indication for skipping. You can do as in normal delivery. To be effective, we have to do exercise regularly for 45-60 minutes a day. It may not be possible to skip this long, but you can also do running / speed walking / cycling / swimming.

Start slowly and then gradually buildup time spend each day. Also, have a diet rich in fruits, vegetable and proteins; avoid excess calories and fat.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
