hi doctor, am a married women.our pet dog which is 2 years old has bitten me 4 days back. i took 2 doses of vaccines, one on 1st day and 1 on 3rd. our relatives suggested me to avoid non-veg, jaggery, and lot more to avoid. they also told me not to participate in intercourse for 3 months. is that true? our dog has vaccinated 1 time during its 1st year and by this april it will complete its 2 nd year and we didnt give the second one. it has also bitten 2 people but they are healthy now even they took only 3 vaccines. please clarify....
