Is Severe Pain In The Right Wrist A Cause For Concern?
In my right wrist i have severe pain that when I put pressure on my wrist it feels like there is sharp pin in there and its not in place and its going back and forth and then when I pick something heavy up the pain gets worse and sometimes my hand goes numb for like an half and hour and I tried ice packs and icy hot and an support brace but it seems to get worse by the day I was wondering if I should go see a doctor or is there something I can do at home

By your history and description, possibility of internal wrist injury is more likely. Wrist joint is made up of multiple tiny bones. So injury or fracture of any of these bones can cause similar symptoms. So consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination and X-ray, MRI of wrist joint to identify internal injury.
You may need rest, immobilization, painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs. If fracture is displaced, you might need surgery also. So consult orthopedic doctor and discuss all these.
