Is Severe Pain Especially In The Arm Common For A Person Working In A Wooden Yard For Long Hours?

Worked in yard with chainsaw cutting limbs about 8 inches thing for about 8 hours. Two hours later on n s verse pain. Took 2 500 mg of Tylenol and am drinking lots of water thought those two things would help also using heating pad with no relief. What do I do now . In severe pain especially the arms

The pain in the arm seems to be related to the over the use of the muscle.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen.

I also suggest using anti-inflammatory cream for local application such as Voltaren cream.
