Is Severe Lower Abdominal Pain Due To Ruptured Cyst?

I was just at the Urologist for a follow up appt. after being in the ER where they told me I had a kidney stone traveling. Took pain meds, a lot of lemons with vinegar/olive oil and water... waited a few days, pain subsided. Picked up the CT scan and the written report. The PA at Urology had not seen the scan, so read off the report. There was no mention of a traveling stone, only one that was thought to still be there. There was a small amount of fluid in my pelvic area, which they thought could be from a ruptured cyst, but again no concrete evidence. But really had no idea why I had the pain presenting like a traveling stone!! Would they omit something that important from the written report? Not sure what to do?? Is it possible a cyst may have reappeared, but can t be confirmed the day I was in the most pain? Thank you for your help!
