Is Sauna Treatment Effective For Post-op Swelling In Knee Joint?

I ve heard that infrared jade sauna treatments are beneficial post-op to reduce swelling caused by a buildup of lymphatic fluid. I am 13 days out of an MCL repair and menisectomy and am responding well to physical therapy with the exception of swelling outside of the joint. Do you think this would be beneficial?

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion first physical therapy need to be given try and if it fails to work then other thing like infrared could be tired, but best would be physical therapy again I would say it, hope this information may helps take care and have a nice day.
