Is Rinsing Sinuses With Budesonide Solution Along With Its Capsule Cap Safe?

I am taking C-BUDESONIDE 0.5MG for nasal polyps. Instructions were to break open the capsule and empty the contents along with saline into a squeeze bottle filled with distilled water. But part of the capsule fell into the mixture. Would it still be safe to rinse my sinuses with it?

The capsule containing solution would be made of inert material and hence you can freely remove it and then use the solution for rinsing as directed.
