hi i had rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder that did not work now i am always in pain can sleep at night also lots pain and needles on my hand one of my doctors had told me i may need reverse shoulder surgery but i m afraid it may not work againg

For severe pain in your shoulder you have to take some pain killers like tab ultracet or tab zerodol-sr twice daily after meals with tab rantac or tab famotid twice daily empty stomach. You can also use volini gel or powergesic-plus gel for local application as it will give you some relief in pain.
