my name is sameer my brother althaf had a kidney btransplant 12 years before now the transplanted kidney is failed and the doctors suggested here in hyderabad to transplant a kidny again but we dont have a related donor and we arranged a private donor pls guide us to the best

The very fact that there was an indication for kidney transplant previously suggest that his transplanted kidney now failed needs to be replaced again.
However, if you have a donor among your relatives, then the chances of rejection are less and transplanted kidney would function effectively for a longer duration.
Otherwise donor kidney or cadaver kidney is the substitute, but its like taking a chance. Hope all goes well for your brother.
