Is Red Scrotum, Fever, Mood Swings Normal After Child's Fall?

My 9 mo old baby fell diwn the steps yesterday. No visible injury but started w/ a fever between 100.4 and 101 last evening. He still has a fever and has been in a bad mood of and on today. His scrotum looks red too. Should I be concerned or is this normal?

Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having some injury on scrotum givingrise soreness on the part and fever.
Consult your doctor and get examined to rule out any injury to his testicles.
Meanwhile give him anti-inflammatory medicine like ibuprofen.
Ok and take care.
