Is Rabies Vaccination Required After Being Scratched By A Vaccinated Cat?
My cat has panicked and attacked my grandfather, she bit and scratched him several times...I also had a scratch my self, so should I be worried? she is fully vaccinated so is an anti tetanus and rabbis shot is essential for my grandfather and I? we already cleaned the wounds and going to start with an antibiotic course.

Hello, welcome to HCM. No need to take, as you are confident that cat is vaccinated. Please observe cat for a week. If the cat is normal, nothing to worry. If the cat behaving abnormally and dies , the you have to take post exposure treatemnet with the help of doctors advice.. My wishes with you both. take care
