Is Prolonged Use Of QMIND SR Tablets Harmful?

my got mental problem due to some family problem/ adjustment. she got this problem after giving birth baby boy. i met physicheterist. Now she is good & much improvement. 3 months passed. Tablet QMIND SR 100MG & PARADISE XR 12.5 countinue till one year as per doctor. tell it is helpfull or any harm to use these tablets for long time?

Actually all medicines have some type of side effect but if medicines are taken under guidance of doctor then it minimizes any kind of side effects. The second thing is if benefits outweigh the risk, then medicine should be continued. Currently, these medicines are helpful so they should be continued.
