I understand your concern.
Based on the description of the symptoms, it appears that you are going in for
menopause. Some of them experience such symptoms before the menstrual period stops completely. This is mainly due to
hormonal changes taking place in the body. Hence there is nothing much to be worried about. Be in healthy diet, moderate exercise and drink good quantities of fluids.
However, since there are few conditions which could present like this, it would be ideal for you to undergo per speculum examination and
ultrasound scan of abdomen to make sure about it.
In case, this continues for long and becomes bothersome, you may need hormonal supplementation for certain amount of period to have control over it. This needs to be evaluated and treatment needs to be instituted on consultation with Gynecologist.
