Is Pressure In The Head Associated With Nausea A Symptom Of Migraine?

My husband was diagnosed 8 years ago with migraines. Prescribed Naproxen. There is NO PAIN associated with the spells . A pressure comes over his head like fog rolling in-for just 30 seconds or less he feels disassociated-pressure goes away and he is nauseous sometimes to the point of vomiting This may happen 4 times in one day and then not for a month or more. They are more weekly at this point. Do you think this is migraines?
