Is Prescription Glasses Advisable For This Eye Test Result?
My 13-year-old daughter had an eye exam today. Her vision is -.5 in the right eye and -.75 in the left eye (20/30). She really doesn t want to wear glasses and I think she ll refuse -- she sees no reason to wear them because she has no trouble reading the board in school or with anything else. (And just hates the idea in general.) Should we get her glasses anyway, or wait another year when she ll be more ready for contacts?

Is Prescription Glasses Advisable For This Eye Test Result?
Hi welcome to health care magic.... Your daughter having very mild myopia refractive error.... If no eye strain occurs and if she can read well without glasses than no need for wear glasses.... But regular follow up is necessary.... She gradually will need glasses for myopia or contact lenses for it after refractive error increased... Meanwhile give her fruits and green leafy vegetables as a part of healthy diet Take care Advise : Ophthalmologist consultation for examination..
