Is Pregnancy Possible When Diagnosed With PCOD And Corpus Luteum Cyst?

Hello doctor, I am planning for child last one year so I consult my doctor and in reports I have Corpus luteal cyst in left ovary and Polycystic ovary also . doctor suggested me to take Gynera tablets 21 days pack for two months and for Polycystic ovary she suggested Dimet-500 for 6 months. I am 34 years old I have one 5 years old daughter . please doctor help me it is any chance I will get pregnant.
