Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

I had sex with my girl who is 26 yrs old and she was a virgin at the time, can she get pregnant from pre-cum? she says she s feeling her cramps and back pain which are signs of her period coming, can she still be pregnant? Its been 3 days now since she s been having the cramps and back pain.

sometimes sperms can be present in precum. so it is still possible her to pregnant if you paased precum to her vagina. if periods not coming within five days passing the due date , better to check her urine pregnancy test.
